Great post and very deep research of chatbot tools from different companies, it’s incredibly useful. And special thanks for the chatbot examples, I love LEGO 🙂 As for the tools to build a chatbot, I decided to go with all-in-one customer support software by HelpCrunch, it is cheaper and client reviews are good enough. They introduced a chatbot function recently, can’t wait to give it a try and see if bots are actually that useful.

Thanks Sandeep for the great list, in 2020 there are also new interesting platforms that you’d like to check out, I ended up using Userbot.ai and it’s a great tool. I guess there are other ones too. Anyway thanks for sharing!
