You’re very true, Schema is not at all related to featured snippets.

I own a couple of blogs and many of pages of my blogs are ranking in “featured snippets” section.

In my experience, On-Page SEO plays the major role in getting the “featured snippets”.

How you format your article? and how well your content answer to a question? is responsible for getting you a “featured snippets” listing.

In most cases, Google picks well-formatted articles only
